No Right to Write Books, Articles, Etc. During the Employment Term, except as authorized by Viacom, you shall not prepare or assist any person or entity in the preparation of any books, articles, television or motion picture productions or other creations, concerning Viacom or any of Viacom's affiliates or predecessors or any of their officers, directors, agents, employees, suppliers or customers.

No Right to Write Books, Articles, Etc. During the period of your employment hereunder and for two (2) years thereafter but not beyond the end of the Employment Term, except as authorized by Viacom, you shall not prepare or assist any person or entity in the preparation of any books, articles, television or motion picture productions or other creations, concerning Viacom or any of Viacom's its affiliates or predecessors or any of their officers, directors, agents, employees, suppliers or customers.
