Common use of No Rights as a Stockholder Clause in Contracts

No Rights as a Stockholder. The Optionee shall not have any rights or privileges of a stockholder with respect to any Shares until the date of acceptance by the Company of payment for such Shares pursuant to the exercise of the Option.
