Common use of NO RIGHTS AS SHAREHOLDER OR TO CONTINUED EMPLOYMENT Clause in Contracts

NO RIGHTS AS SHAREHOLDER OR TO CONTINUED EMPLOYMENT. An Optionee shall have no rights as a shareholder with respect to any shares of Stock covered by an Option until such Optionee has acquired title to such shares. Subject to Sections 4 and 5, no adjustment shall be made for dividends or other rights for which the record date is prior to the date title to the shares of Stock has been acquired by the Optionee. The grant of an Option shall in no way be constructed so as to confer on any Optionee the right to continued employment by the Company, or a Subsidiary.
