No Rights, Duties or Obligations of Documentation Agent. The Credit Parties, each Agent and each Lender acknowledge and agree that except for the rights, powers, obligations and liabilities under this Agreement and the other Loan Documents as a Lender, General Electric Capital Corporation, as Documentation Agent, shall have no additional rights, powers, obligations or liabilities under this Agreement or any other Loan Documents in its capacity as Documentation Agent.
