NO RIGHTS IN EITHER PARTY. Except as expressly provided, nothing in this Agreement or the relationship between and Medis shall grant to either Party any rights to or interest in the Intellectual Property Rights of the other, in the designs of any Product or Packaging, in any associated artwork or in any of either Party’s other Proprietary Information. All property now or hereafter owned by any Party under the terms of this Agreement shall be returned to such Party by and at the cost and risk of loss of the other immediately upon request therefor or upon termination of this Agreement or as soon as possible thereafter.
