No Rights of Creditors. No creditor, judgment holder or other obligee of any Party to this Agreement or any Beneficiary, or payee thereof, or any other Person, shall have any right to obtain possession of or any interest in, or otherwise exercise legal or equitable remedies with respect to, the Trust and/or its assets, other than as provided in Section 1.5 and Section 10.15 hereof.
