No Rights of Stockholder. The Grantee shall not have any of ------------------------------------- the rights of a stockholder with respect to the shares of Stock that may be issued upon the exercise of the Option until such shares of Stock have been issued to him upon the due exercise of the Option. No adjustment shall be made for dividends or distributions or other rights for which the record date is prior to the date such certificate or certificates are issued.
