Common use of No Rights to Continuation of Active Service Clause in Contracts

No Rights to Continuation of Active Service. Nothing in the Plan or this Award Agreement shall confer upon the Participant any right to continue as a limited partner of, or otherwise in the employ or service of, the Partnership or any of its Subsidiaries or Affiliates, or shall interfere with or restrict the right of the Partnership or its Subsidiaries or Affiliates, as the case may be, to terminate the Participant’s active involvement at any time for any reason whatsoever, with or without cause.
