Neither the grant of the Option nor any action taken with respect thereto shall be construed as giving the Employee the right to be retained in the employ of Universal or any subsidiary or affiliate, nor shall it interfere in any way with the right of Universal or any such subsidiary or affiliate to terminate any Employee's employment at any time for any reason, or for no reason at all.
