Common use of No Sale of Property Clause in Contracts

No Sale of Property. Except as permitted in this Loan Agreement or the Deed of Trust, Borrower shall not sell, convey, or otherwise transfer or dispose of its interest in any Property, nor -65- (Beveriy Terrace) DWT 278090X7v3 0OS82XK-000O46 contract to do any of the foregoing, without the prior written consent of Bondowner Representative in each instance, except such Property as is customarily transferred in the ordinary course of operation of residential multi-family rental developments.
