No Segregation of Monies Required; Investment Thereof. Monies received by the Owner Trustee hereunder need not be segregated in any manner except to the extent required by Applicable Law, and may be deposited under such general conditions as may be prescribed by Applicable Law, and shall be invested as provided in Section 4.02 hereof or Section 15 of the Lease.
