Common use of No Service Charges Clause in Contracts

No Service Charges. No service charge shall be made for any exchange or registration of transfer of a Warrant Certificate or of Warrant Certificates, but the Company may require payment of a sum sufficient to cover any stamp tax or other tax or other governmental charge that is imposed in connection with any such exchange or registration of transfer pursuant to Section 5.
