NO SERVICE WARRANTY. Except to the extent provided in Section 1.2(d) and Section 1.4(a), OpCo makes no warranties or representations relating to the Transition Services or the results of the Transition Services hereunder and hereby disclaims all representations or warranties, whether express, implied or statutory, with respect to its performance under this Agreement, including without limitation any warranty of adequacy, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
