No Services without Security. The Scheme Owner is not obliged to provide any Services under this Agreement until: (a) the Security is provided to the Scheme Owner; and (b) thereafter, to the extent that Security is provided in the form referred to in clause 26.3(a) and the Scheme Owner uses the Security to pay amounts owing by the Customer under this Agreement, the Customer has provided further Security so that the total Security is for an amount not less than the amount determined in accordance with clause 26.3(a).
