No Services without Security. SunWater is not obliged to provide any services under this Agreement until: (a) the security is provided to SunWater; and (b) thereafter, if SunWater uses the security to pay amounts owing by the Customer under this Agreement, until the Customer has provided further security so that the total security is for an amount not less than the amount calculated under clause 20.2.
