No Servicing and Maintenance Contracts. Except for the Personal Property Leases, no existing contracts of Seller with respect to the service, maintenance and physical operation of the Branches will be assumed at the Closing by Purchaser. All such service and maintenance shall be provided by Purchaser, subsequent to the Closing, pursuant to its own contracts.
