No Set Hours/Right to Contract. The Consultant's obligation hereunder is to complete the Services and to meet any deadlines set forth therein for the provision of Products. Except as provided herein, the Consultant has no obligation to work any particular hours or days or any particular number of hours or days. In this regard, the Consultant retains the right to contract for similar Services with any other entity, public or private.
