Common use of No Set-Off by Employee Clause in Contracts

No Set-Off by Employee. The existence of any claim, demand, action or cause of action by Employee against Employer, whether predicated upon this Agreement or otherwise, shall not constitute a defense to the enforcement by Employer of any of its rights under any provision of this Agreement, including but not limited to Sections 5 through 8.
