No Side Agreements. Neither CSI nor NEWCO has entered or will enter into any agreement with any of the Founding Companies or any of the stockholders of the Founding Companies or CSI other than the Other Agreements and the agreements contemplated by each of the Other Agreements, including the employment agreements and leases referred to therein.
