Common use of NO SMOKING PERMITTED ON PREMISES Clause in Contracts

NO SMOKING PERMITTED ON PREMISES. Xxxxxx agrees and acknowledges that the premises have been designated as a smoke-free living environment. Tenant, Tenant’s guests and/or invitees shall not smoke anywhere in the unit rented by the Tenant, or in any common building areas. It is the Tenant’s responsibility to make sure that the guests and/or invitees comply with this requirement. Refer to Landlord’s Rules for Tenants for additional information.
