No Solicitation of Employment. During the Term and for a period of one year thereafter, Employee shall not solicit or encourage any employee of the Company or any Related Entity to leave the Company or such Related Entity for any reason, nor assist any business in doing so, nor employ such an employee in a Competing Business or any other business.
