Common use of No Solicitation or Hiring of Former Employees Clause in Contracts

No Solicitation or Hiring of Former Employees. Except as provided by law, for a period of three (3) years after the Closing Date, neither the Stockholder nor any Affiliate thereof shall (a) solicit any person who was an employee of either the Company or any of the Subsidiaries on the date hereof or the Closing Date to terminate his employment with the Buyer (or the Company or any of the Subsidiaries, as the case may be) or to become an employee of the Stockholder or such Affiliate, or (b) hire any person who was such an employee on the date hereof or on the Closing Date.
