Common use of NO STRIKE, NO LOCKOUTS Clause in Contracts

NO STRIKE, NO LOCKOUTS. 6.01 In view of the orderly procedure established by this Agreement for the settling of disputes and the handling of grievances, the Union agrees that during the lifetime of this Agreement, there will be no strikes, picketing, slowdowns, or stoppage of work, either complete or partial, and the Employer agrees that there will be no lockout. 6.02 The Union further agrees that it will not involve any employee of the Employer, or the Employer itself, in any dispute which may arise between any other Employer and the employees of such other Employer.
