Common use of No Subcontractors Clause in Contracts

No Subcontractors. The Applicant shall not be permitted to utilize any subcontractors in the performance of services under any license granted pursuant to this Application, unless the subcontractor is disclosed on this application. If the subcontractor will possess or hold in trust any monies to be credited to the Township on behalf of a Taxpayer Consumer, such subcontractor shall have a fiduciary policy naming the Township as a loss payee in the amount stated in Section 5-33.10 of the Ordinance.
