No Substitution. Provider and Investigator may not reassign the conduct of the Trial to a different Investigator without prior written authorization from Sponsor. If Investigator is unable to perform the duties required under this Agreement, Provider and Investigator shall promptly notify the Sponsor in writing. If a replacement acceptable to the Sponsor is not available, this Agreement may be terminated under Section 18.1(c)(2). Any replacement investigator will be required to agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement in a separate writing.
