Common use of No Suits Clause in Contracts

No Suits. There are no judicial or administrative actions, suits, proceedings or investigations pending or, to BNPLC's knowledge, threatened against BNPLC that are reasonably likely to affect BNPLC's interest in the Property or the validity, enforceability or priority of the Leases or the Purchase Agreements, and BNPLC is not in default with respect to any order, writ, injunction, decree or demand of any court or other governmental or regulatory authority that could materially and adversely affect the business or assets of BNPLC or its interest in the Property.

No Suits. There are no judicial or administrative actions, suits, proceedings or investigations pending or, to BNPLC's knowledge, threatened against BNPLC that are reasonably likely to affect BNPLC's interest in the Property or the validity, enforceability or priority of the Leases this Lease or the Purchase Agreementsother Operative Documents, and BNPLC is not in default with respect to any order, writ, injunction, decree or demand of any court or other governmental or regulatory authority that could materially and adversely affect the business or assets of BNPLC or its interest in the Property.
