Common use of No Suits Clause in Contracts

No Suits. There are no judicial or administrative actions, suits, proceedings or investigations pending or, to Tenant's knowledge, threatened that will affect Tenant's intended use of the Leased Property or the validity, enforceability or priority of this Lease, or Tenant's use, occupancy and operation of the Leased Property or any part thereof, and Tenant is not in default with respect to any order, writ, injunction, decree or demand of any court or other governmental or regulatory authority that could materially and adversely affect the business or assets of Tenant and its Subsidiaries taken as a whole or Tenant's use, occupancy or operation of the Leased Property. No condemnation or other like proceedings are pending or, to Tenant's knowledge, threatened against the Leased Property.
