No Supplantation of Funds Sample Clauses

No Supplantation of Funds. CONTRACTOR shall not supplant any federal, State, or COUNTY funds intended for the purposes of this CONTRACT with any funds made available under this CONTRACT. CONTRACTOR shall not claim reimbursement from COUNTY for, or apply sums received from COUNTY with respect to, that portion of its obligations which have been paid by another source of revenue. CONTRACTOR agrees that it shall not use funds received pursuant to this CONTRACT, either directly or indirectly, as a contribution or compensation for the purposes of obtaining federal, State, or COUNTY funds under any federal, State, or COUNTY program without prior written approval from CONTRACT MANAGER.

  • Non-Supplantation of Funds Subrecipient shall not supplant any Federal, State, or County funds intended for the purposes of this Contract with any funds made available under this Contract. Subrecipient shall not claim reimbursement from County for, or apply sums received from County with respect to, that portion of its obligations which have been paid by another source of revenue.   • Use of Funds for Lobbying Prohibited The Provider shall comply with the provisions of sections 11.062 and 216.347, F.S., which prohibit the expenditure of contract funds for the purpose of lobbying the Legislature, judicial branch, or a State agency.
