No Surrender During Lease Term. No surrender to Landlord of this Lease Agreement or of the Demised Premises, or any portion thereof, or any interest therein, prior to the expiration of the term of this Lease Agreement shall be valid or effective unless agreed to and accepted in writing by Landlord and consented to in writing by all contract vendors and mortgagees, and no act or omission by Landlord or any representative or agent of Landlord, other than such a written acceptance by Landlord consented to by all contract vendors and the mortgagees, as aforesaid, shall constitute an acceptance of any such surrender.
