No Surrender During Lease Term. No surrender to Landlord of this Lease or of the Demised Premises prior to the expiration of the Term shall be valid or effective unless agreed to and accepted in writing by Xxxxxxxx, and no act or omission by Landlord or any representative or agent of Landlord, other than such a written acceptance by Xxxxxxxx, as aforesaid, shall constitute an acceptance of any such surrender.
