Common use of No Tampering Clause in Contracts

No Tampering. During the Term and, unless the Agreement terminates pursuant to Section 5(a) or 5(e), through the first anniversary of the expiration thereof, the Executive shall not (a) request, induce or attempt to influence any distributor or supplier of goods or services to the Company or its affiliated companies to curtail or cancel any business they may transact with the Company or its affiliated companies; (b) request, induce or attempt to influence any customers of the Company or its affiliated companies or potential customers which have been in contact with the Company or its affiliated companies to curtail or cancel any business they may transact with any member of the Company or its affiliated companies; or (c) request, induce or attempt to influence any employee of the Company or its affiliated companies to terminate his or her employment with the Company or its affiliated companies.
