No Televisa Linear Television Channels. It is understood and agreed that, notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, Grupo Televisa shall not pursue a Proposed New Business that consists primarily of the ownership and/or operation of a Spanish language Linear Television Channel in the Territory during the Term.
