No Tell Days. 11.14.1 Those bargaining unit members who have accumulated not fewer than twenty (20) days of sick leave, effective July 1 of a fiscal year, may use one day annually for each twenty (20) days of accumulated sick leave without providing reason. 11.14.1.1 These days shall not be used for 11.11.4.5
