No Third Party Beneficiaries or Obligors. The Agreement is not intended to benefit, nor shall it be deemed to give rise to, any rights in any third party. This Agreement is not intended to create any obligations on any third party, including, without limitation, (i) any third party for whom Customer is acting as a wholesaler, reseller, agency, MVNO enabler, or other intermediary with a third party network provider or (ii) any Customer equityholder or investor.
