The parties specifically agree that this Agreement is not intended to create in the public or any member thereof, third party beneficiary status in connection with the performance of the obligations under this Agreement without the written consent of the BOCC and notwithstanding the BOCC’s concurrence in or approval of the award of any contract or subcontract or the solicitation in fulfilling the obligations of this Agreement.
