Common use of NO THREAT Clause in Contracts

NO THREAT. Artist further warrants that the Artwork shall not constitute any threat to the safety of persons or property when used in the manner for which it is designed. Artist agrees to cooperate with City in making or permitting adjustments to the Artwork if necessary to eliminate hazards which become apparent after the Artwork is accepted by City.

ARTIST warrants that the artwork shall not constitute any threat to the safety of persons or property when used in the manner for which it is designed. Artist ARTIST agrees to cooperate with City CITY in making or permitting adjustments to the Artwork artwork if necessary to eliminate hazards which become apparent after the Artwork artwork is accepted by CityCITY.
