NO STRIKES OR LOCKOUTS 5.01 The Union agrees there will be no strikes and the Employer agrees there will be no lockouts during the term of this Agreement. The term "strike" and "lockout" shall bear the meaning given them in the Ontario Labour Relations Act, as amended.
STRIKES OR LOCKOUTS 5.01 During the term of this Agreement, or while negotiations for a further agreement are being held the Union will not permit or encourage any strike, slowdown, or any stoppage of work or otherwise restrict or interfere with the Employer's operation through its members.
No Additional Work or Material No claim for additional services, not specifically provided in this contract, performed or furnished by the contractor, will be allowed, nor may the contractor do any work or furnish any material not covered by the contract unless the work or material is ordered in writing by the Project Director and approved by the Agency Head.
Injury or Damage to Person or Property If either party suffers injury or damage to person or property because of an act or omission of the other party, or of others for whose acts such party is legally responsible, written notice of such injury or damage, whether or not insured, shall be given to the other party within a reasonable time not exceeding twenty-one (21) calendar days after discovery. The notice shall provide sufficient detail to enable the other party to investigate the matter.
RISK OF LOSS OR DAMAGE From the point the equipment leaves Company’s office in El Cajon, CA the Customer assumes all risks of loss or damage to the equipment from any cause.
NO DRUGS OR ALCOHOL For reasons of safety and public policy, in any Contract resulting from this procurement, the use of illegal drugs and/or alcoholic beverages by the Contractor or its personnel shall not be permitted while performing any phase of the work herein specified.
No Throwing Refuse not throw or accumulate or cause to be thrown or accumulated any dust, rubbish or other refuse in the Common Portions save at the places indicated therefor.
Vapor or Smoke Company will not create nor permit to be caused or created upon the Premises, the Common Use Areas, or elsewhere on the Airport, any obnoxious odor, smoke or noxious gases or vapors. The creation of exhaust fumes by the operation of internal-combustion engines or engines of other types, so long as such engines are maintained and are being operated in a proper manner, will not be a violation of this Agreement.
No Unlawful or Prohibited Use Intellectual Property You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx strictly in accordance with these terms of use. As a condition of your use of the Site, you warrant to Biond Financial that you will not use the Site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. Your use of the Site does not entitle you to make any unauthorized use of any protected content, and in particular you will not delete or alter any proprietary rights or attribution notices in any content. You will use protected content solely for your personal use, and will make no other use of the content without the express written permission of Biond Financial and the copyright owner. Windstorm or hail This peril does not include loss to the property contained in a building caused by rain, snow, sleet, sand or dust unless the direct force of wind or hail damages the building causing an opening in a roof or wall and the rain, snow, sleet, sand or dust enters through this opening. This peril includes loss to watercraft and their trailers, furnishings, equipment, and outboard engines or motors, only while inside a fully enclosed building.
