No Transfer of Assets Pertaining to Welfare Plans. Except as otherwise described in Section 16.01, nothing in this Agreement shall require any member of the Ashland Global Group or any Ashland Global Welfare Plan to transfer assets or reserves with respect to the Ashland Global Welfare Plans to any member of the Valvoline Group or any Valvoline Welfare Plan.
