Common use of NO TRANSFER OF CLASS A BONDS Clause in Contracts

NO TRANSFER OF CLASS A BONDS. Anything in this Indenture to the contrary notwithstanding, the Trustee shall not sell, assign or otherwise transfer any Class A Bonds delivered to and held by it pursuant to Sections 1602 and 1701 except to a successor trustee under this Indenture and except as provided in Section 1703. The Company may take such actions as it shall deem necessary, desirable or appropriate to effect compliance with such restrictions on transfer, including the placing of a legend on each such Class A Bond and the issuance of stop-transfer instructions to the trustee under the related Class A Mortgage or any other transfer agent thereunder.
