No Transfer or Lien by Depositor. Except for the transfer and assignment under this Agreement, the Depositor will not transfer or assign any Depositor Transferred Property to another Person or Grant or allow a Lien, other than a Permitted Lien, on an interest in any Depositor Transferred Property. The Depositor will defend the Issuer’s interest in the Depositor Transferred Property against claims of third parties claiming through the Depositor.
