No Trust. Nothing contained in the Plan and no action taken pursuant to the provisions hereof shall create or be construed to create a trust of any kind, or a fiduciary relationship between (i) the Company and the Committee (or any member thereof) and (ii) the Participant, his designated beneficiary or any other person.
