Common use of No Trustees Responsibility Clause in Contracts

No Trustees Responsibility. In no event shall Trustees’ review or approval of the System design and Construction Documents or any other submittals by Licensee in accordance with this Agreement be interpreted as making Trustees responsible for, and Licensee acknowledges that Trustees are not responsible for, any aspect of the design, construction, maintenance, or operation of the System.
