No Unlawful Contributions. No Cybin Entity, or, to the knowledge of the Company, any employee or agent thereof, has made any unlawful contribution or other payment to any official of, or candidate for, any federal, state, provincial or foreign office, or failed to disclose fully any contribution, in violation of any law, or made any payment to any governmental officer or official in any jurisdiction, or other person charged with similar public or quasi-public duties, other than payments required or permitted by Applicable Laws.
