Political Contributions. Neither the Company nor any of its Subsidiaries has, directly or indirectly, at any time (x) made any contributions to any candidate for political office, or failed to disclose fully any such contribution, in violation of law; (y) made any payment to any state, federal or foreign governmental officer or official, or other person charged with similar public or quasi-public duties, other than payments required or allowed by all applicable laws; or (z) violated nor is it in violation of any provision of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977, as amended.
Political Contributions. The Company has not directly or indirectly, (a) made any unlawful contribution to any candidate for public office, or failed to disclose fully any contribution in violation of law, or (b) made any payment to any federal, state, local, or foreign governmental officer or official, or other person charged with similar public or quasi-public duties, other than payments required or permitted by the laws of the United States or any other such jurisdiction.
Political Contributions. All of the compensation to be paid to Consultant is for services to be rendered and is not paid pursuant to any agreement or understanding between Consultant and the County that Consultant will make any contribution to a political party or candidate.
Political Contributions. 1.10.1. No funds or assets of HII shall be used for federal, state or local political campaign contributions. This prohibition covers not only direct contributions but also indirect assistance or support of candidates or political parties through purchase of tickets to special dinners or other fund-raising events, or the furnishing of any other goods, services or equipment to political parties or committees.
1.10.2. No funds or assets of HII shall be used, directly or indirectly, for political contributions outside the United States, even where permitted by applicable local law.

Political Contributions. Pursuant to Section 3313.262, Revised Code, the Board will deduct from the salaries of employees such amounts for political organizations and parties and for non-partisan issues as the employee, by written authorization, may demand.
Political Contributions. The Employer agrees to make authorized payroll deductions for employees who voluntarily sign up for the Union Political Action Fund.
Political Contributions. An employee may not:
a. Give or offer to give political contribution to an individual to vote or refrain from voting or to vote for or against any candidate or measure in any partisan election;
b. Solicit, accept or receive a political contribution to vote or refrain from voting or to vote for or against any candidate or measure in any partisan election;
c. Knowingly give or hand over a political contribution to a superior of the employee;
d. Knowingly solicit, accept or receive or be in any manner concerned with soliciting, accepting or receiving a political contribution from another employee or a member of another employee’s immediate family who is subordinate of the employee; or
e. Knowingly solicit, accept or receive a political contribution from or give a political contribution to any person who has interests that may be substantially affected by the performance or nonperformance of the employee’s official duties.

a. Give or offer to give political contribution to an individual to vote or refrain from voting or to vote for or against any candidate or measure in any partisan election; or
b. Solicit, accept or receive a political contribution to vote or refrain from voting or to vote for or against any candidate or measure in any partisan election.
Political Contributions. Other deductions as agreed to by the parties to this Agreement. Unless otherwise stated, the Treasurer will begin payroll deductions upon authorization of the employee requesting such actions and will promptly deliver monies deducted to the authorized parties on a monthly basis.
