Common use of No Unsightliness Clause in Contracts

No Unsightliness. Tenant covenants and agrees that no unsightliness shall be permitted on the Premises or the Property. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, all unsightly conditions, equipment, objects and conditions shall be kept enclosed within the Premises; hallways adjoining the Premises may not be used for discarding or storing any materials; no refuse, scrap, debris, garbage, trash, bulk materials or waste shall be kept, stored or allowed to accumulate on the Premises or the Property except as may be enclosed within the Premises; all pipes, wires, poles, antenna and other facilities for utilities or the transmission or reception of audio or visual signals or electricity shall be kept and maintained underground or enclosed within the Premises or appropriately screened from view; and no temporary structure shall be placed or permitted on the Premises or the Property without the prior written consent of Landlord.
