The Executive acknowledges that to conduct any activity restricted in this Article will certainly involve the use or disclosure of Proprietary Information as defined in Article 8 hereof and consequently result in a breach of such Article, and it will be difficult to directly demonstrate a breach of Article 8 hereof.
