No Use. Except as provided in the paragraphs below, CONTRACTOR must not use the name of, or directly or indirectly refer to, HHSC, the State of Texas, or any other State agency in any media release, public announcement, or public disclosure relating to the Agreement or its subject matter, including in any promotional or marketing materials, customer lists, or business presentations (other than proposals or reports submitted to HHSC, an administrative agency of the State of Texas, or a governmental agency or unit of another state or the Federal government).
