No Lockout Sample Clauses

No Lockout. During the life of this Agreement, the Employer shall not cause, permit, or engage in any lockout of the bargaining unit employees.

No Lockout. The Employer agrees that neither it, its officers, agents nor representatives, individually or collectively, will authorize, institute or condone any lockout of employees during the term of this Agreement.

No Lockout. No lockout of employees shall be instituted by the Employer or their representatives during the term of this Agreement.
