Common use of No Violation of Law; Litigation Clause in Contracts

No Violation of Law; Litigation. It is not in violation of any Applicable Laws or Applicable Permits or judgments entered by any Government Authority which violations, individually or in the aggregate, would affect its performance of any of its obligations under this Agreement. Except as Contractor has disclosed in writing to the Owner prior to the Effective Date, there are no legal, administrative or arbitration proceedings or actions, controversies, investigations, actions or other proceedings, now pending or (to the best knowledge of Contractor) threatened against Contractor which, if adversely determined, could reasonably be expected to effect on the ability of Contractor to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement. Contractor does not know of any basis for any such proceedings, controversies, actions or investigations.
