No Voluntary Borrowing and Lending. (a) Voluntary borrowing and lending of LNG or Regasified LNG (that is, borrowing and lending between individual B&L Users rather than a process initiated and tracked by Terminal Operator), is not permitted.
(b) For the avoidance of doubt, this clause 4.8(a) is not intended to limit: the rights of a Long-Term User to trade its Daily Planned Sendout in accordance with the terms of a Capacity Exchange Agreement; or a B&L User’s right to participate in an Intracargo Swap pursuant to clause [7.4.2] of the TAC.
